The AHCA is spotlighting, and gaining press for those giving away cleaning as a form of charity to those in need. We know that by bringing greater awareness and recognition for these kind acts, not only are we giving back and helping to make this world a better place one life a time while setting higher standards for our communities and society as a whole by inspiring others to do the same, but we are helping to provide the opportunity for growth in our understanding of this trade. This Cleaning with a Servant's Heart mission of the AHCA, is effectively raising the awareness of the necessity of cleaning in our society today and the necessity of doing what we do with a heart of generosity, care and most of all integrity.
The active mission of Cleaning with a Servant's Heart is powerful in showing the world just how vital our profession is to physical, emotional and mental health of our society.
The skill and task of cleaning has always been something "expected" and often goes "unnoticed" unless left undone or not done to standards of personal expectations. This is just one example of a concrete symptom stemming from the overall stigma of cleaning as "unimportant" and through becoming more aware and educated in the necessity of cleaning, we can more effectively see this attitude for what it is. An attitude that lacks depth and in turn viciously recycles itself into how we even view the integrity and importance of this trade, so deeply attached to even the personhood of those who serve society in this way.
